Being the pioneer of green building in Hong Kong, Eastern Gotech took the lead to introduce , a highly economical and environmental-friendly dry-mixed plaster and mortar, to the local market. In 1997, Eastern Pretech (HK) Ltd., a HK$100 million worth dry-mixed plant with an area of over 60,000 square feet was also set up in Yuen Long, Hong Kong to cope with the growing need for high-quality construction materials. To serve the Mainland and Hong Kong market, it is now having a production capacity of 120,000 tons per annum.

In view of China’s stricter building regulations regarding environmental protection, energy saving and quality requirements, Eastern Gotech has developed a series of products exclusively for the Mainland’s construction industry as well as consumers. In addition, branches are set up in Guangzhou and Shenzhen to provide customers with fast and direct technical support.
At present, there have been a number of large-scale real estate development projects in China using the products of . In response to the huge market demand, Eastern Gotech will set up domestic production lines and R & D centres in the mainland, so as to offer customers with more flexibility and better service. |
